Lalinde

Lalinde is the closest town to La Ferme du peytavit. ONLY A FIVE MINUTE DRIVE. It has stunning views of the river, great market square boasting three eateries, boulangerie, pharmacy, butcher, bars and a small supermarket. Market day is on a thursday.

It is a lovely down hill walk from the property to Lalinde which takes around 40 minutes.

Lalinde has a well stocked inter marche supermarket and petrol station.

There is access to the Dordogne and lovely walks along the canal which runs parallel to the river. the canal is an excellent cycle route.

Couze-et-Saint-Front

Couze-et-Saint-Front is a charming village with a boulangerie, pharmacy, crêperie, restaurant, and café. There is also a small children's play area, a boules club, a post office, and a paper museum, all located along the river.

Across the bridge, you will find a small supermarket, a bar, another boulangerie, and the start of the canal. All of these amenities are within a 20-minute walk of the property, either via the road or through the woodland, or just a five-minute drive away.
